We'll send you email updates at just about every step of your order's journey. You can also track it by providing your order number and postal code.
On this site we only ship within the United States. However, we also ship to Austria, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, the UK and many other countries!
Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the interest of hygiene, earrings may not be refunded or exchanged at any time.
All Incorrect and Damaged items must be reported with 24 hours of receiving incorrect product.
How to Return
To initiate your return, simply put in your order number and zip code on the top right and click on Start a return request. Your order will then appear and you will be prompted to select the item(s) you wish to return. Please select the dropdown option which best describes the reason for your return. Click submit and we will send you the UPS label via email with detailed instructions on how to proceed.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
